I asked for a junior suite and the one given was unique and new-fashioned. Location: the hotel was really close to the funicular, property, room, restaurant, and local trains.

Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The hotel is perfectly located on top of the mountain, offering breathtaking views of the St Moritz valley. From the first-floor guest lounge, you can enjoy fabulous vistas of the surrounding alps. the hotel is conveniently situated in front of the funicular, providing easy access to explore the stunning Engadin Mountains.

Some guests mentioned a lack of assistance with their luggage upon arrival, and there were icy stairs leading to the cable car, making it a slippery and potentially dangerous situation.

During my stay at Romantik Hotel Muottas Muragl, I was in awe of the stunning alpine views and felt like I was on top of the world. The ride up on the funicular was a truly spectacular experience. The staff were extremely helpful and made me feel like a welcome old friend. The breakfast selection was superb, and they even went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs. I highly recommend this hotel for its breathtaking location and warm hospitality.
